As a Campus of Australian College of Christian Studies (ACCS), Perth Bible College offers the Master of Divinity award. ACCS is a Member Institution of Sydney College of Divinity (SCD) and teaches their awards. SCD (CRICOS Provider Code No 02948J) is recognised by the Commonwealth Government as a Higher Education Provider, offering accredited higher education courses in theology and ministry.
The Master of Divinity course is designed for those who hold a tertiary qualification in a non-theological discipline, who seek a comprehensive education in theology and the opportunity to partake in in-depth theological research; and is for those who those who hold a tertiary qualification in a theological discipline who wish to pursue a graduate qualification in theology as part of their continuing ministerial education.
Graduates will be equipped with expert, specialised cognitive and technical skills in a theological field through developing their understanding and knowledge in a variety of theologically related discipline areas.
Course Duration and Structure
The course is 3 year full time and a maximum of 9 years part-time. The course structure is based on 6 semesters (Each 15 week duration), with 4 units taught in each semester. Each unit carries 9 credit points and graduates require a total of 216 credit points to successfully complete the course.
